I came to San Diego in 2003 to build on my passions in math and business by pursuing a degree in Finance.

After college, I joined CoStar Group, a commercial real estate analytics company, where I spend 16 years becoming an expert in commercial real estate (CRE) analytics and market research. The experience gave me a sweeping perspective of the industry and allowed me to hone skills around interpreting data on a micro and macro level, problem-solving, developing and training team members and facilitating communication from new employees all the way up to the C-suite.

In 2023, as CoStar moved its research to Richmond Virginia, I found the opportunity to help a group of talented friends build and grow what quickly became recognized as one of the best restaurants in San Diego, a modern-day European-style café, bica.

I quickly jumped in to help lift the immense weight of being a small business owner, by managing payroll, POS system setup and troubleshooting, calculating profit and loss customizing and managing their QuickBooks, managaing accounts payable and many other critical tasks that often weigh down a growing business.

Not only did I get to take the pressure off the hard-working chefs at bica, I also began to connect with other local businesses and wholesalers who needed a hand.

Weekley Consulting was born.

After decades of helping clients with significant financial resources, I now take joy and ownership in helping small businesses find their way. Today, I provide advisory and consulting services to a range of local businesses, including Companion Bread and Uptown 11 Studios.

In my free time, you will likely find camping and off-roading in Anza Borrego, chucking a disc on a local disc golf course, fishing in Alaska and hanging out at bica in Normal Heights. I love the outdoors and the freedom it grants.

Helping small businesses makes me feel like I’m truly ingrained in the community where I live and work. Please reach out if I can help you with you small business needs.
